Protecting Minors on Our Platform

Hasanudin ("Cycle Chat") maintains an unwavering commitment to protecting young people from harm, exploitation, and abuse. These Child Safety Policy outline our comprehensive approach to ensuring the safety of minors who may encounter our Platform and our zero-tolerance position regarding any activity that endangers children.

This policy applies to all users of the Cycle Chat platform ("Platform") and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Platform, every user agrees to comply with these Standards. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action.

Division A: Access Eligibility and Age Controls

A.1 Adult-Only Registration

The Platform is intended exclusively for adult users. Only individuals who have reached the age of eighteen (18) may register for an account, access the Platform, or interact with its features. We employ automated systems to detect and block accounts that do not satisfy our age requirements.

A.2 Age Verification

Cycle Chat utilizes automated detection mechanisms to identify accounts that may not meet our minimum age thresholds. Providing false age information or attempting to circumvent age verification measures is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

A.3 No Proxy Accounts for Minors

Users are expressly prohibited from creating or operating accounts on behalf of children or minors, regardless of intent. Even where the purpose appears benign, such conduct violates these Standards and may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Division B: Prohibited Content and Conduct Involving Minors

Cycle Chat enforces a strict prohibition against the creation, sharing, or promotion of any content involving or referencing the exploitation, endangerment, or harm of individuals under the age of eighteen (18). This prohibition applies to all content formats, including text, images, video, audio, animation, and AI-generated media.

B.1 Sexual Exploitation and Sexualization

The following are categorically prohibited:

Any content depicting or describing child sexual abuse, whether real or simulated;
•
Depictions or discussions that sexualize, fetishize, or portray minors in a sexual manner;
•
Role-play, fantasies, fictional narratives, or AI-generated representations involving underage individuals in sexual contexts.

B.2 Physical and Psychological Harm

The following are categorically prohibited:

•
Threats of violence, or any encouragement or depiction of physical harm directed at minors;
•
Manipulative, coercive, emotionally abusive, or predatory behavior targeting children.

B.3 Dangerous or Illegal Activities

The following are categorically prohibited:

•
Content promoting, depicting, or encouraging dangerous, risky, or unlawful behavior involving minors;
•
Content encouraging neglectful caregiving, human trafficking, or related activities, including indirect references or veiled allusions.

B.4 AI Generation Safeguards

Cycle Chat applies automated safety filters at the model and platform level that are designed to prevent the generation of content prohibited under these Standards, including any romantic, sexual, or intimate content involving characters who are, appear to be, or are described as minors, and any content sexualizing real or fictional minors. Detected attempts to generate such content are blocked and may result in enforcement action under Division C.

Division C: Enforcement Measures and Consequences

C.1 Immediate Actions

Violations of these Child Safety Policy will result in swift and decisive enforcement, including:

Permanent suspension of the offending user's account without possibility of reinstatement;
•
Immediate removal and deletion of all offending content;
•
Restrictions preventing the individual from creating future accounts or accessing the Platform in any capacity.

C.2 Reporting to Authorities

Where required by applicable law or where we deem it necessary to protect children, Cycle Chat will report incidents involving child exploitation or endangerment to competent law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline. Serious violations may be subject to criminal investigation and prosecution. We cooperate fully with law enforcement inquiries and provide available evidence as permitted by law.

Division D: Reporting Mechanisms

D.1 How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior on the Platform that may endanger a minor, we urge you to report it immediately. Reports may be submitted without leaving the App: every AI-generated reply carries its own report entry, and a report submitted from a reply automatically includes the full text of that reply so that our safety team can review the exact content at issue; every AI character profile carries a report entry covering the character as a whole; and user accounts may be reported from the user's profile or content. You may also contact us directly via email at [email protected]. All reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.

D.2 Investigation Process

Cycle Chat is committed to reviewing all reports thoroughly and promptly, and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Urgent cases involving imminent danger to a child will be prioritized and escalated to law enforcement without delay. We will take all reasonable steps to verify reports and take appropriate action based on the findings.

D.3 Designated Child Safety Point of Contact

Cycle Chat has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact responsible for overseeing the Platform's child safety compliance, receiving and coordinating responses to child safety reports, and serving as the contact for child safety notifications from app distribution platforms (including the Apple App Store and Google Play) and from regulators. The Child Safety Point of Contact can be reached at [email protected] with the subject line "Child Safety".

Division E: Prohibited Users

The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform:

Individuals convicted of offenses involving child sexual abuse, molestation, trafficking, neglect, or related crimes;
•
Individuals with documented records indicating a threat to the safety or well-being of minors;
•
Individuals subject to court orders or legal restrictions prohibiting contact with children.

Cycle Chat reserves the right to remove any user if background information or other credible evidence emerges suggesting a risk to minors.

Division F: External Support and Referral Resources

If you become aware of potential child exploitation occurring outside the Cycle Chat Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact the appropriate authorities or child protection organizations in your region:

Division G: User Education and Preventive Measures

Cycle Chat is dedicated to fostering a culture of awareness and accountability through ongoing child safety education initiatives:

Prominent display of these Child Safety Policy throughout the Platform;
•
Contextual warnings and safety prompts during content creation to help users recognize and avoid policy violations;
•
Accessible educational resources to help users identify inappropriate content and understand their reporting obligations.

Division H: Ongoing Commitment to Improvement

Cycle Chat regards the protection of children as a core organizational priority. We pledge to:
