Cycle Ai Data Deletion Instructions

1. About This Page

This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from Cycle Ai, developed and operated by Beefun Pte. Ltd. It is published in accordance with the data deletion requirements of the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and applies to all users of the app.

We do not use Facebook Login and do not collect or store any Facebook user data. Our app accesses only our own advertising account and campaign data via the Meta Marketing API using our own developer access tokens.

If you previously authorized our app through Facebook and would like any related data deleted, you may use any of the methods below, or email us at [email protected]. We will complete the deletion within seven (7) business days and confirm by reply.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can choose to delete specific data or your entire account:

Option A — In the app (fastest): go to the account settings in the app and select the account deletion option, or use the account deletion page on our official website (https://www.cycleai.ai). You can delete your account and associated data directly, without contacting us;

Option B — By email: send a message to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and state the email address or account information you use in the app so that we can locate and verify your data;

On Facebook: if you connected our app through Facebook, you may also remove the app's authorization at any time in Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites. This stops any future data access immediately.

For email and support-form requests, we will complete the deletion within seven (7) business days of receiving your request and confirm the result by reply.

3. What Gets Deleted

You may request deletion of specific categories of your data — such as your conversation history, uploaded images, or characters and personas you created — without deleting your account. Deleting specific data does not affect your ability to log in or keep using the app.

If you request deletion of your entire account, the following will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials;
  • Your conversation history and chat records;
  • Images and files you uploaded;
  • Characters, personas, and other content you created;
  • Your preferences and settings.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, the account cannot be restored and you will no longer be able to log in with it.

4. What May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained only where necessary, and only for the period required:

  • Transaction and billing records retained to comply with applicable tax, accounting, or other legal obligations;
  • Records kept for fraud prevention, security, or the enforcement of our terms;
  • Data that has been aggregated, obfuscated, or de-identified so that it can no longer be linked to a specific user, browser, or device is not covered by deletion.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your data or account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those platforms — please cancel any active subscription in your store account settings before requesting deletion.
